I noticed this on my new account with ATT, I had activated my daughters phone first...and now her phone is the "primary phone"...so apparantly whichever phone you activate first will take over as primary.

Well depending on which phone you have ATT has some apps you can download one is "mark the spot" which lets them know your in a area that signal strength is low. They also have a microcell you can buy for $150, you get a $100 rebate on it by adding on a plan for calling form it once you get the rebate processed cancel that plan and it's $50, this thin give you 5 bars strength in a 100-150 foot radius of where it is, That would be an option for you.

    Nah
I was just too chicken to try to do both phones at the same time, in case something screwed up! lol

But hey - if it works for someone else.... it's all good!

I dont not know why Alltel/AT&T is not broadcasting this but for those who owned the Blackberry Tour, you can upgrade FREE to a Blackberry Torch. You have to go down to the AT&T building to do so however.

Apparently if you owned a Tour, Bold, or HTC Desire you are eligible for a free Torch, Samsung Captivate, HTC Surround, Samsung Focus or LG Quantum. You would have to give back the original free phone that you got though of course. Also, I would probably call the store and confirm this before standing in line for a few hours.

Instead of going and waiting for hours in Norton, why not make a quick jump to the tri-cities at one of their MANY AT&T branches?

Probably too smart of a move for some to comprehend. Besides, most people gotta get their Pal's food.

    Re: AT&T and Alltel Merger

Why not make that option available from the beginning? Now I'm going to have to spend hours in the store to attempt to get the $200 I paid for two Torches refunded.

I acrtivated mine last night, had a sime card issue with wife's phone. Made a dew calls, got it remedied. LoviNg the phone, esp the wifi option.
